Pricing & Project Structure

Every project begins with a conversation and develops in phases. While every client and home is different, most projects follow a simple two-phase structure designed to provide clarity, flexibility, and a strong foundation for decision-making.

Consultation & Discovery

Every project begins with an in-home consultation. During our time together, we discuss your goals, priorities, challenges, budget, timeline, and overall direction for the space. As you walk me through your home, I take notes, and photographs while gaining a deeper understanding of how you live and how the space can better support your daily life.

The consultation is a standalone service and serves as the foundation for everything that follows.

Following the consultation, I prepare a price quote for Phase 1 based on the scope of the project, the number of rooms involved, and the level of design development required.

Phase 1: Design Concept & Visual Plan

This is the foundation of the design process.

After the consultation, I develop the design direction for your space, including layout, furniture placement, lighting concepts, color direction, and overall atmosphere. The design is presented through photorealistic renderings and visual plans that allow you to see the project before making purchases or beginning construction.

Phase 1 is priced separately.

Many clients choose to implement the plan themselves, while others continue into Phase 2.

Phase 2: Implementation & Project Development

Once the design direction is approved, we begin bringing the project to life.

Depending on the project, this phase may include furniture selection, lighting, paint, window treatments, artwork, custom pieces, contractor coordination, renovation planning, purchasing, procurement, installation, and styling.

All selections and recommendations are developed from the approved design concept created during Phase 1. Because every project is unique, the scope of Phase 2 varies from client to client. The final investment is determined by the specific furnishings, materials, finishes, tradespeople, and services required to bring the project to completion.

Phase 2 is priced separately from Phase 1.

A Flexible Approach

Every client works differently.

Some clients engage me only for a visual plan and renderings. Others continue through sourcing, renovation, project management, and installation. My process is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that every project begins with a clear vision and thoughtful plan.
